All downloads are in .doc format apart from the Course Brochure. Prices have been held for this year so all forms are applicable to the 2011 - 2012 course year although only one venue is planned in the Midlands this September. There are only 6 places available for the complete programme with the mentoring and support, although people may come to the course days that are most relevant to them and follow the pay as you go option.
